Do I need prior fitness experience to join your programs? +
Absolutely not — our programs are structured to welcome complete beginners through advanced athletes. Our coaches will assess your starting point and build a plan that challenges you at the right pace.
Where are your classes and training sessions held? +
We operate out of our main facility in central Shreveport and also host outdoor sessions at Brister Forest, Shreveport's Red River District, and Walter B. Jacobs Memorial Park. Exact locations are confirmed upon booking.
How do I cancel or reschedule a booked session? +
You may cancel or reschedule any session with at least 24 hours' notice through our online portal or by calling our front desk. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a partial session fee.
What should I bring to my first personal training session? +
Wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring a reusable water bottle and any athletic footwear appropriate for your activity. We provide all equipment, towels, and a complimentary fitness intake assessment on your first visit.
